Drivee is built so the people who park in Toronto don't trade their privacy for help with a parking ticket. This page explains exactly what we keep, what we don't, and how to wipe everything.
The only personal information we save on our servers is your email address — and only if you give it to us to get reminders or sign in.
We also save anonymous usage signals so we know which features work — like approximate city, device type, and which buttons get tapped. None of it is sold. None of it leaves our hands.
Everything sensitive — your tickets, scans, photos, plate, name — lives on your device. We don't read it. We can't see it.
There are two moments when you might give us your email:
In both cases we send you a one-tap magic link instead of asking for a password. We store the email so we can recognise you next time and send the reminder. That's it. No password, no name, no phone number, no payment information.
We count things like "someone scanned a ticket", "someone opened the Hotspots tab", or "someone generated a dispute letter" so we know which features work and which to improve. Alongside each event we save a small amount of context so the numbers are meaningful:
None of this data is sold, traded for ads, or shared with anyone outside Drivee. The internal dashboard that reads these numbers is only used by the Drivee team to decide what to build next.
If you ever use a paid feature (like the optional $0.99 "auto-apply" services), payment is processed entirely by Stripe on their own checkout page. We never see your card details. Stripe gives us back only a confirmation that the payment succeeded.
Nobody. We don't sell your data. We don't trade it for ad money. We don't share it with the City of Toronto, the MTO, the courts, or any law firm listed in the app.
The lawyers in our directory pay flat fees for placement — they don't get any visitor data from us. When you call or email a lawyer through the app, you do that directly with them; we don't sit in the middle.
Drivee is intended for licensed Ontario drivers (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the app, email us — we'll delete their data immediately.
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we change anything material. Significant changes will also be flagged inside the app.
Drivee helps you organise parking and traffic fines. The dispute scripts, AI verdicts, and ROI calculations are informational tools to help you decide — not legal advice. We are not your lawyer. For complex tickets (DUI, stunt driving, plate denial, fines over $200), use the lawyer directory in the app to talk to a real licensed paralegal or lawyer.
Free for life, free to scan, free to dispute. We make money when lawyers in our directory get retained — never from you. There is no subscription, no premium tier, no ads.
You're responsible for paying or disputing your tickets in the time the city allows. Drivee surfaces deadlines, but if you ignore them and your fine escalates, that's between you and the City of Toronto.
We try to keep the app running, but we make no guarantee of uptime. If a deadline alert fails to fire, that's not a basis to dispute a fine — the city's official notice always wins. Always read the official notice you received.
Drivee is not affiliated with the City of Toronto, the Toronto Parking Authority, the MTO, the Ontario Court of Justice, or any private parking enforcement company. Logos and names belong to their owners.
